We present the information concerning the rules of collecting and using information about the users who visit the Internet service of the Public Transport Authority (ZTM) –

Only essential information

ZTM collect only the information that is necessary to create statistics of the website visits which allow us to gain knowledge of the most often read content as well as to analyze the users’ behavior patterns and improve the service.  The data includes, e.g. IP address, domain name, type of browser, type of operating system, screen resolution, etc. This information is collected automatically.

How do we use the data?

The data of the service users may not, under any circumstances, be made available, transfered or sold to any companies or third parties. All data may be made available only upon a demand of legally authorized state administrative bodies due to proceedings conducted by them.

Some parts of the service enable the users to reveal their personal data. In each particular case, the submission of data is voluntary and used according to its purpose.

Correspondence with ZTM – contact form

The data collected in the course of correspondence with Public Transport Authority by means of the contact form will be solely used to reply to your application/question/complaint. “iZTM” newsletter subscription

Starting the “iZTM” newsletter subscription requires entering an email address. The address provided is used solely for the purpose of sending our Newsletter. Information concerning personal data processing in connection with the Newsletter subscription is displayed during the registration process.

In order to make the site work more efficiently, cookies may occasionally be used.  Those files include the information obtained by the Internet browser and stored locally on the hard drive of the service user.
