the boat to Serock

It is worth taking part in a daylong and exciting cruise on the Żerański Canal up to Serock which is located on the Warsaw landscape conservation area, by Zegrzyński Lake. This is an artificial lake and it was created as a result of the Narew and the Bug rivers backwater. It has total surface area of 30.1 square kilometers, and its maximum depth is 13 meters. This is a real paradise for fishermen and water sports enthusiasts.

The ”Zefir” ship sets off at 9.30 from the Żerański Canal (next to the bus stop Cementownia 02) and docks into pier in Serock. After a brake, the ship goes back to Warsaw at about 14.30. The cruise should end about 18.00.

The ”Zefir” ship takes 110 passengers on board. There is a barbecue and a buffet with hot meals and cold beverages available on board.
