THE WATERTRAM

A cruise by the ”Wars” ship, lasting more than one hour and a half, creates tremendous opportunity to escape from everyday rush and from the hubbub of city life. This is a moment for well-deserved relax. From the water tram board you may  admire the ”wild” Warsaw at the east bank of the Vistula River, that is Praga district. You may also see the Old Town panorama, float under several metropolitan bridges, observe the progress of the metro line construction and watch the landmarks of the capital such as Gruba Kaśka (an intake station situated in the river bed), the National Stadium, The Royal Castle and the state-of-the-art Copernicus Science Center.

There are two stops on the way: at the Czerniakowski Cypel and Poniatowski Bridge. The ship pulls out from Czerniakowski Cypel and takes 150 passengers on board.

Cruises timetable

From May 1 to June 30, the water bus cruises exclusively on weekends and holidays  and from July 1 to 31 August – also on Fridays. On weekends and holidays– four times a day, whereas on Fridays – three times a day. The water tram is served by the Żegluga Stołeczna Company.

Ticket sales

The tickets are available onboard the water tram (before the departure, on the Czernikowski Cypel) or in presale in the office of Żegluga Stołeczna (ul. Świętokrzyska street No. 36, apt. 1) from Monday to Friday, 12.00 PM - 03.00 PM.
